At Nexond, we want you to be satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy applies to all subscription-based products offered by Nexond, including Relayra.
1. Subscription Cancellation
All paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@nexond.com.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features for the remainder of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund any charges already processed for the current period.
2. Refund Eligibility
We generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a billing error.
- You experienced a significant service outage or technical issue that prevented you from using the product, and our team was unable to resolve it.
- You were charged after having cancelled your subscription due to a system error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@nexond.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of the charge in question
- Reason for the refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Free Tier
Our free tier does not involve any charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy. You may use the free tier at no cost for as long as it is available.
5. Changes to This Policy
Nexond reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
