• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and to improve your experience.

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, our infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and improve our platform:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure.
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and subject to their Privacy Policy.
• Sentry — Error tracking and monitoring to help us identify and fix issues.
• PostHog — Product analytics to understand how users interact with our Services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with these providers only as necessary to operate our Services.

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your data in a portable format

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. 7. International Users

If you access our Services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US or other jurisdictions. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us to have it removed.
